I went to see Heather for a reiki session after I had a stroke. I was lucky and didn’t lose any bodily functions, but was feeling not quite myself. I easily booked through the website and went to my appointment not really knowing what to expect.
Heather was amazing! She made sure I was completely comfortable, which for me included a blanket because I’m always cold. She then explained what would happen during the session, so I knew what to expect.
During my session, I was so relaxed and felt such a feeling of peace that I almost fell asleep. This calm, relaxed feeling stayed with me after the session and allowed me to begin to feel myself again. I would highly recommend booking a reiki session with Heather!

So needed this today. I decided to try her Integrated Energy Therapy 1hr session and was delighted with the results. I entered angsty and feeling so blocked with headache and physical pain yet left feeling expansive, balanced, and so centered. Her space is beautiful and inviting. I look forward to returning and definitely recommend her.

I recently had a reiki session with Heather and it was great. I have been suffering from a painful calf sprain and currently going through physical therapy. I decided to incorporate reiki healing to address my calf sprain and found significant relief after the session. Heather is a very knowledgeable reiki practitioner and has such a great passion in helping her clients. Reiki is such a great healing modality and also is great just to relax and have your body be energized. If you are looking to book a reiki session I strongly recommend scheduling a session with Heather.
I was blessed by receiving a beautiful, long-distance session of reiki from Heather. Let me begin by saying that I am a 46 year old woman with various life struggles. She and I decided to focus on spiritual growth and what I have been blocking that is hindering my progress. I was very comfortable and confident with her. She addressed very pertinent issues that I have been struggling with. Her interpretations of the messages she was receiving were very easy to understand as she relayed them to me. I felt a beautiful sense of calmness, waiting to hear what She had to say next! Now it’s time to redirect my focus and work on the things she and I discussed. I feel enlightened and optimistic! This was an amazing experience and I would love to do it again. Thank you Heather, I am very grateful.
Though I do believe in Reiki, I don’t necessarily think a lot of practitioners are all that proficient However, my session with Heather was a total convincer. She addressed a couple of years’-long chronic painful conditions as well as a recent and uncomfortable procedure and I was amazed at the results. She also was aware of an ongoing very stressful dynamic but with no details given to her. By the end of our session, I was not only pain-free but also totally calm and relaxed both physically and emotionally. I had the best night’s sleep in ages and continue to feel better, sleep better, and feel that I’m coping much better with my own feelings and those of my family member. I’d love to do as many sessions with Heather as she can manage.
